George the Fox Cider

Margaret River, Western Australia

This apple cider was created by Andrew and Marie. They normally make wine, but started making cider and haven’t stopped since. George the Fox apple cider is made simply. Fresh WA apples are crushed, pressed, fermented and matured in vintage French wine barrels for 4 to 6 months. The cider is then blended and transferred into keg for your enjoyment. There are no additives or preservatives. Nothing in the glass but apples – Fantastic!

George the Fox has a splendid bushy tail and lives nearby. He occasionally steals a chicken or two, but hasn’t worked out how to steal the cider yet.
