Palate: Medium bodied with layers of ripe gooseberry, currant, and lemon grass with a clean minerally finish.
Cellaring: Ready to drink when young and fresh, but will continue to develop over time.
Suggested Foods:Summer salads,BBQ chicken,Thai noodles, and all typles of seafood,especially fresh oysters and green-lipped mussels dishes.
