“Whole bunch-pressed directly to used oak for fermentation, lees contact and stirring, bottled August. A thoroughly impressive and powerful sauvignon in the style of the late Didier Dageneau (Loire Valley, France). Its flavour spectrum is on the savoury side, oak imparting texture and not subverting the complex and intense mix of herb and blackcurrant (yes!) flavours. “

Serve: Chilled, with seafood, antipasto platters and chicken dishes. Excellent with cheese
