Tasting Notes

Nose:                                           Fresh rhubarb, hint of dried lavender and cranberries.

Palate:                                         Fresh crisp and crunchy pomegranate. Beetroot, cranberries and a hint of fennel bulb.

Well integrated natural acid, excellent length and a bright sharp finish.
