Deep garnet color. Abundant and voluminous aromas of black fruit such as cassis and black berries, black pepper, ink, undergrowth, toasty aromas, mocha and coffee fragrances from oak barrels, all intricately and harmoniously integrated. The palate is characterized by an attack which gives the impression of fullness, with concentrated fruit, tightly-knitted velvety tannins, and elegant and soothing acidity. Flavours open pleasantly in the mouth with a lingering finish. Via ageing, this wine from the Misawa vineyard with a future which can be looked forward to, is bound to show further potential
